Al Rajhi Capital announces a change in the membership of the board of Al Rajhi REIT Fund, due to resignation of board member Saleh Alderaan, Non-Independent Fund Board as of 09/09/1447H, corresponding to 26/02/2026G. The formation of the board after the change shall be:
- Meshal Al-Shenaifi, Chairman of the fund - Independent Member
- Hossam Albasrawi, Non-Independent Member
- Abdulaziz Al-Omair, Independent Member
- Turki Alresayes, Independent Member
